Version & update log

Timetable

Every structural change and reading of this project, recorded. A major number (1.0, 2.0) marks a structural build; a minor number (2.1, 2.2) marks a data update.

Cadence

Reviewed weekly: audit Sunday 4–6 PM, new issue posts Monday 12:01 AM PST. The clock's hands move only when the audited evidence warrants it.
